I, Paul Fletcher, Minister for Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts, make the following Instrument under paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Public Lending Right Act 1985.

1 Modification

1.1 The Public Lending Right Scheme 2016 is modified as set out in this Instrument.

2 Subsection 14(2)

2.1 Omit “$2.14”, substitute “$2.18”.

3 Subsection 15(2)

3.1 Omit “53.5 cents”, substitute “54.5 cents”.

4 Commencement

4.1 This Instrument takes effect on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
