22 Determination of eligibility
As soon as practicable after a claim is made for a book, the Committee must, in writing, determine whether the claimant is: (a) an eligible creator of the book (see section 5); or (b) an eligible publisher of the book (see section 6).
Note: Under s 20(2) of the Act, the Committee must, in writing, inform the claimant of the determination.
