> > (1) The [Right to Information Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-070) does not apply to information contained in records in the possession of a public body that is a public authority under that Act to the extent to which the information discloses information –

> > > > (a) in relation to a disclosure made under [Part 2](#HP2@EN) ; or
> > >
> > > > (b) likely to lead to the identification of a person who made a disclosure under [Part 2](#HP2@EN) ; or
> > >
> > > > (c) likely to lead to the identification of a person against whom a disclosure under [Part 2](#HP2@EN) is made.
