### 87 Offence to make false disclosure
> > (1) A person must not knowingly provide false information under this Act, intending that it be acted on as a disclosed matter, to –

> > > > (a) the President of the Legislative Council; or
> > >
> > > > (b) the Speaker of the House of Assembly; or

> > > > (c) the Ombudsman; or
