### 62 Review of procedures
> > (1) [*\[Section 62 Subsection (1) amended by No. 68 of 2009, s. 27, Applied:01 Oct 2010\]*](/view/html/inforce/2010-10-01/act-2009-068#GS27@Hpa@EN) The Ombudsman may review the procedures of a public body at any time to ensure that the procedures comply with this Act and the Ombudsman's guidelines and standards, but must review the procedures at least once in each 3-year period following approval under [section 60(3)](#GS60@Gs3@EN) .

> > (3) The Ombudsman may make any recommendation to a public body that the Ombudsman thinks fit arising from a review under this section.

> > (4) If it appears to the Ombudsman that insufficient steps have been taken within a reasonable time after making a recommendation under [subsection (3)](#GS62@Gs3@EN) , the Ombudsman may, after considering any comments of the public body, send a copy of the recommendation to the relevant Minister.
