### 60 Public body to establish procedures that comply with guidelines and standards

> > (1) A public body is to establish procedures that comply with any guidelines and standards referred to in [section 38(1)(c)](#GS38@Gs1@Hpc@EN) .
>
> > (2) The procedures established by a public body under [subsection (1)](#GS60@Gs1@EN) are to include procedures for the protection of the welfare of a person making a disclosure.
