41 Referral of matters for investigation otherwise than under this Act
[Section 41 Amended by No. 4 of 2021, s. 27, Applied:01 Mar 2021] The Ombudsman may refer a disclosed matter to the Commissioner of Police, the Auditor-General, a Commission under the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1995 , a prescribed public body or the holder of a prescribed office to investigate if the Ombudsman considers it appropriate to do so.
