37 Determination by Ombudsman
(1) [Section 37 Subsection (1) amended by No. 15 of 2023, s. 8, Applied:31 Aug 2023] Division 1 applies to a disclosure referred to the Ombudsman under section 36 as if the disclosure had been made to the Ombudsman.
(2) [Section 37 Subsection (2) amended by No. 15 of 2023, s. 8, Applied:31 Aug 2023] The Ombudsman must, within a reasonable time, notify the person who referred the disclosure under section 36 of the determination as to whether the disclosure is a public interest disclosure.
