### 29B Referral of disclosure to Integrity Commission > [*\[Section 29B Inserted by No. 68 of 2009, s. 17, Applied:01 Oct 2010\]*](/view/html/inforce/2010-10-01/act-2009-068#GS17@EN) If a person makes a disclosure to the Ombudsman or a public body in accordance with [Part 2](#HP2@EN) and the Ombudsman or public body considers that the disclosure relates to misconduct as defined in the [Integrity Commission Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-067) , the Ombudsman or public body may refer the disclosure to the Integrity Commission.
