29B Referral of disclosure to Integrity Commission
[Section 29B Inserted by No. 68 of 2009, s. 17, Applied:01 Oct 2010] If a person makes a disclosure to the Ombudsman or a public body in accordance with Part 2 and the Ombudsman or public body considers that the disclosure relates to misconduct as defined in the Integrity Commission Act 2009 , the Ombudsman or public body may refer the disclosure to the Integrity Commission.
