#### 34 Meaning of authorised internal recipient
The following table sets out who is an authorised internal recipient of a disclosure of information that the discloser believes on reasonable grounds may concern one or more instances of disclosable conduct.

and</span></p><p class="Tablei"><span>(ii) it would be appropriate for the disclosure to be investigated by the IGIS;</span></p><p class="Tablea"><span style="width:14.2pt; text-indent:0pt; display:inline-block"></span><span>the IGIS;</span></p><p class="Tablea"><span>(d) if an investigative agency (other than the Ombudsman or the IGIS) has the power to investigate the disclosure otherwise than under this Act—the investigative agency.</span></p></td></tr><tr><td style="width:24.4pt;
