#### 22 Interaction with protections under Part 3‑1 of the Fair Work Act 2009 Without limiting the operation of the Fair Work Act 2009, Part 3‑1 of that Act applies in relation to the making of a public interest disclosure by a public official who is, or has been, an employee (within the meaning of that Part) as if, for the purposes of that Act: (a) this Act were a workplace law; and (b) making that disclosure were a process or proceeding under a workplace law.
