98 Basic requirements for wrappers
Scope (1) This section applies to a plastic or other wrapper that covers: (a) the primary packaging of a tobacco product; or (b) the secondary packaging of a tobacco product; or (c) a tobacco product that is for retail sale. Requirements (2) The wrapper must: (a) be transparent; and (b) not be coloured, marked, textured or embellished in any way, other than as permitted by this instrument.
