9 Purpose of this Part

This Part prescribes amounts, in relation to tobacco products, for the purposes of the following provisions of the Act: (a) paragraph 17(b) (about when a tobacco product is presumed to be offered for retail sale); (b) paragraph 96(3)(b) (about the personal use exception for an individual’s possession of tobacco products in non‑compliant retail packaging); (c) paragraph 110(3)(b) (about the personal use exception for an individual’s possession of tobacco products in non‑compliant retail packaging obtained from a constitutional corporation).
