88 Scope—exception for certain retail packaging of single cigars
This Part does not apply to the retail packaging of a tobacco product if: (a) the tobacco product is a single cigar; and (b) the cigar is packaged by a person who is ordinarily engaged in the business of selling tobacco products by way of retail sale in Australia.
