81 Back outer surface of retail packaging for cigars (other than cigar tubes) and other general retail packaging

(1) A health warning displayed on the back outer surface of the retail packaging of the following tobacco products must cover at least 75% of the total surface area: (a) retail packaging for cigars (other than a cigar tube); (b) retail packaging that is not dealt with in another section of this Subdivision. (2) However, if: (a) the retail packaging is retail packaging for cigars (other than a cigar tube); and (b) the area of the back outer surface is at least 250 cm2; the health warning must cover at least 188 cm2.
