8 Removability of adhesive labels on retail packaging of tobacco products
For the purposes of this instrument, an adhesive label attached to the retail packaging of tobacco products is easily removable if: (a) it is not likely to stay attached during the expected life of the retail packaging; or (b) it can be removed without damaging the label or the retail packaging.
