69 Health warnings not to be distorted
(1) A health warning displayed on the retail packaging of a tobacco product must not be distorted. (2) A health warning displayed on the retail packaging of a tobacco product may be subject to minor cropping if: (a) it is necessary to fit the health warning on to the retail packaging; and (b) neither the overall effect, nor the readability, of the health warning is affected by the cropping.
