67 Health warnings to be displayed equally
(1) The health warnings in each health warning series are to be displayed on the retail packaging of tobacco products as nearly as possible in equal numbers. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), retail packaging of cigarettes is taken to comply with subsection (1) if, in any random sample of 4 cigarette cartons, the same health warning appears on no more than 2 cigarette packs in any carton.
