47 Standardised retail packaging—filtered and little cigars
(1) This section applies to the retail packaging of the following cigars: (a) cigars that have a filter tip; (b) cigars that have: (i) a diameter no greater than 10 mm; and (ii) a mass no greater than 1.4 grams (excluding any mouthpiece). (2) The retail packaging must contain 20 cigars. (3) The cigars included in the retail packaging must all be of the same dimensions.
