46 Standardised retail packaging—cigarette cartons
(1) A cigarette carton must contain 10 cigarette packs. (2) The retail price of a cigarette carton must be equivalent to the sum of the retail price of the individual cigarette packs contained in the carton.
Note: This subsection prevents volume discounting for cigarettes sold in cartons.
