128 Purpose of this Part
This Part prescribes: (a) for the purposes of paragraph 144(a) of the Act, details about the information to be included in reports under Chapter 5 of the Act; and (b) for the purposes of subsection 145(2) of the Act, matters to which the Minister must have regard in deciding whether to publish a report, or part of a report.
