113 Purpose of this Division
Unless otherwise stated, this Division prescribes requirements in relation to the appearance and physical features of tobacco products for the purposes of the following provisions of the Act: (a) subsection 86(2) (about other marks that may, or are required to, appear on tobacco products); (b) subsection 86(3) (about the appearance of tobacco products); (c) subsection 86(4) (about the physical features of tobacco products).
