11 Prescribed amount—exception for possession by individual for personal use
For the purposes of paragraphs 96(3)(b) and 110(3)(b) of the Act, the amount prescribed is: (a) for cigarettes—500 cigarettes; and (b) for tobacco products other than cigarettes—500 grams.
