108 Health promotion inserts to be included equally
(1) Health promotion inserts are to be included in the retail packaging of tobacco products as nearly as possible in equal numbers. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), retail packaging of cigarettes is taken to comply with subsection (1) if, in any random sample of 4 cigarette cartons, the same health promotion insert is included in no more than 2 cigarette packs in any carton.
