Nothing in this Division constitutes, for the purposes of Part 5‑1 or 5‑1A of the Therapeutic Goods Act, an authorisation or requirement by a government or government authority to make a reference to an e‑cigarette product that is a therapeutic good, or a vaping good, within the meaning of that Act.
