62 Permitted publication—compliance activities
A person may publish an e‑cigarette advertisement if the publication is: (a) made to comply with a request by, or a requirement of, an authorised officer in relation to administering or enforcing this Act (including exercising any function or power under the Regulatory Powers Act as it applies to this Act); or (b) authorised or required by any other law of the Commonwealth or any law of a State or Territory.
