143 Secretary may request additional information
(1) The Secretary may, by written notice to a reporting entity, request the entity to provide specified information about, or in relation to, a matter that is mentioned in a report given by the entity. (2) The request must: (a) be in writing; and (b) specify the period in which the information is to be given. (3) The reporting entity must comply with the request before the end of: (a) the period specified in the request; or (b) any longer period allowed by the Secretary.
