13 References to different kinds of tobacco products
(1) In this Act, tobacco products are of a different kind if they are sold or supplied under: (a) different brand names; or (b) different variant names. (2) If a tobacco product may be consumed or used in more than one way, this Act may treat the product as being of different kinds by reference to the way the product is consumed or used.
Note: Example: Loose processed tobacco that may be used in both roll‑your‑own cigarettes and in a pipe may be treated as different kinds of tobacco products.
