50M Secretary may disclose information
(1) The Secretary may disclose information obtained in exercising a function under this part to the following—
(a) the Australian Border Force,
(b) the Australian Federal Police,
(c) the Australian Taxation Office,
(d) the Commissioner of Police,
(e) Revenue NSW,
(f) a person, or class of persons, prescribed by the regulations,
(2) The Secretary may disclose information about closed premises to the owner of the premises.
