50E Application by Secretary
(1) The Secretary may apply for a long-term closure order whether or not a short-term closure order has been made or is in force for the relevant premises.
(2) The Secretary must, if reasonably practicable, give the following persons a copy of an application for a long-term closure order and the persons may apply to the Local Court to be heard on the application—
(a) the occupier of the premises,
(b) the owner of the premises.
