50C Secretary may make further short-term closure orders

50C Secretary may make further short-term closure orders

(1) The Secretary may make one or more further short-term closure orders about the same premises.

(2) A second or subsequent short-term closure order may only be made if the Secretary reasonably suspects a further relevant breach has occurred or is likely to occur after the making of the previous short-term closure order.
