Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Public Health (Smoking Product Licence) Regulations 2019 and take effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette. They do not set out new licence rules in this instrument itself but update the authorised consolidated version.

These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Smoking Product Licence) Amendment Regulations 2026 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Public Health (Smoking Product Licence) Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Public Health (Smoking Product Licence) Regulations 2019 .
