#### 60 Advice to Category 2 or 3 patients 60 Advice to Category 2 or 3 patients > > (1) The Secretary or a registered medical practitioner may— > > > > > (a) notify a person suffering from a Category 2 or 3 condition of measures to be taken, and activities to be avoided, to minimise the danger of passing the medical condition to another person, or > > > > > (b) authorise a relevant health practitioner to notify the person. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > relevant health practitioner means an individual who provides the following services, whether as public or private services— > > > > > (a) medical, hospital, nursing or midwifery services, > > > > > (b) community health services, > > > > > (c) health education services, > > > > > (d) public and population health services, > > > > > (e) welfare services necessary to implement a service referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d).
