#### 58 Period for keeping records 58 Period for keeping records > For the Act, section 54(3)(a), the prescribed period for keeping records is as follows— > > > (a) for a person who is at least 18 years of age—7 years, > > > (b) for a person who is less than 18 years of age—7 years starting on the person’s eighteenth birthday, > > > (c) for a person who was stillborn—7 years starting on the date of birth, > > > (d) for a person who died before turning 18—7 years starting on the date of the person’s death.
