#### 49 Information to be included in QAPs for private water suppliers 49 Information to be included in QAPs for private water suppliers > > (1) A QAP of a private water supplier must include the following information— > > > > > (a) the contact details of the private water supplier, > > > > > (b) a description of the drinking water supply system from source to use, including the treatment and distribution of the water, > > > > > (c) a not to scale diagram of the drinking water supply system from source to use, including the following— > > > > > > > (i) pumps, storage treatment, pipelines and uses, > > > > > > > (ii) location of wastewater systems and physical control measures, > > > > > > > (iii) possible sources of contamination, > > > > > (d) the activities required to manage the drinking water supply, including inspections, maintenance and monitoring of the quality of the drinking water, > > > > > (e) the actions to resolve problems or emergencies in relation to the quality of the drinking water, > > > > > (f) the contact details of the individuals who should be contacted when there is a problem or emergency in relation to the quality of the drinking water. > > > (2) A QAP of a private water supplier must include an assessment of the risks to the drinking water supply system, including an assessment of the following— > > > > > (a) the management of the risks, > > > > > (b) the monitoring of the risks, > > > > > (c) the person who is responsible for the monitoring and the keeping of records in relation to the monitoring.
