#### 125 Fee for re-inspection of premises subject to prohibition order—the Act, s 134(2)(w) 125 Fee for re-inspection of premises subject to prohibition order—the Act, s 134(2)(w) > > (1) The fee payable by an occupier of premises who is subject to a prohibition order for an inspection of the premises by an authorised officer under the Act, section 46(1) is the amount specified in Schedule 5 for each hour of the inspection. > > > (2) The fee payable for an inspection must be for at least half an hour and not more than 2 hours, excluding travelling time.
