#### 112 Powers of authorised officers 112 Powers of authorised officers > An authorised officer may do any of the following— > > > (a) enter and inspect a mortuary or premises that the officer has reason to suspect is a mortuary, > > > (b) enter a crematory and inspect equipment or apparatus at the crematory, > > > (c) enter a cemetery and inspect any part of the cemetery, > > > (d) enter and inspect a holding room, > > > (e) inspect a register or other record or document at a mortuary, crematory, cemetery or holding room and take copies of or extracts from the register, record or document, > > > (f) enter premises used by a mortuary transport service and inspect records, equipment or apparatus used by the mortuary transport service.
