101 Cremation of identified bodies only
> > (1) A person must not cremate the remains of a body that has not been identified.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

> > (2) Despite subsection (1), a person may cremate the remains of a body that is not identifiable if—

> > > (a) the Secretary has granted an exemption generally or in the particular case, and

> > > (b) the cremation is carried out in accordance with the exemption.
