96 Offence to impersonate approved auditor A person who is not an approved auditor must not— (a) use or take the title "approved auditor" in relation to the conduct of a risk management plan audit; or (b) directly or indirectly represent that he or she is approved or authorised to conduct a risk management plan audit.
