87 Secretary to be notified of certain changes (1) This section applies if there is a change in— (a) the ownership of any land on which there is a cooling tower system; or (b) the address or other contact details of the owner. (2) Within 30 days after the date of the change in the ownership or in the address or other contact details, the owner of the land must notify the Secretary in writing of the change.
