86 Registration to continue pending renewal (1) This section applies if the Secretary receives an application under section 81 for the renewal of the registration of a cooling tower system before the registration is due to expire. (2) Despite anything to the contrary in this Division, the registration is deemed to continue until a certificate of the renewal of the registration is issued. (3) If a certificate of the renewal of registration is issued, the registration is deemed to have been renewed on the day after the day on which it would have expired had it not been renewed.
