81 Applications for registration or renewal of registration (1) An application to register, or to renew the registration of, a cooling tower system may be made to the Secretary by— (a) the owner of the land on which the cooling tower system is located; (b) the owner of the cooling tower system; (c) an agent, employee or other person acting on behalf of the person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b). (2) The application must— (a) be submitted in the approved form; and (b) include— (i) any information required by the Secretary that relates to the registration; and (ii) the relevant prescribed fee.
