56 Secretary may disclose information in certain circumstances to a relevant body (1) If this section applies, the Secretary may disclose any information held by the Secretary under, or for the purposes of, this Act or the regulations to a relevant body. (2) This section applies if the disclosure of the information to the relevant body— (a) is required or allowed under an agreement between the Secretary and the relevant body, notice of which agreement is published in the Government Gazette; and (b) is for the purpose of promoting or protecting public health. (3) In this section, ***relevant body*** means— (a) the Commonwealth; (b) another State; (c) a Territory; (d) a Government Department of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory; (e) an entity established for a public purpose under an Act of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory; (f) a body (including an international body) which is prescribed for the purposes of this section; (g) the holder of a statutory office under an Act of the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory.
