54 Application of Division This Division— (a) applies in addition to any specific provisions relating to the provision, collection, use or disclosure of information in this Act or the regulations; and S. 54(b) amended by No. 53/2021 s. 11. (b) prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with a provision of a kind referred to in paragraph (a) other than Divisions 7 and 8 of Part 8A (which deals with contact tracing information).
