47 Request to provide information in relation to the death of children (1) The Chairperson of CCOPMM by written notice may request a person who provided care or services to a child before the child's death to provide to the CCOPMM general or specific information as specified in the notice within the period or from time to time as specified in the notice which the Chairperson of CCOPMM considers is necessary to enable CCOPMM to perform the function specified in section 46(1)(a). (2) A person to whom subsection (1) applies is authorised to provide the information requested under subsection (1) to the CCOPMM. (3) This section does not limit the application of section 39.
