3ASecretary may declare immunisation requirements

3A Secretary may declare immunisation requirements (1) For the purposes of the definition of ***age appropriately immunised*** in section 3(1), the Secretary may declare immunisation requirements by notice published in the Government Gazette. (2) The Secretary may vary or revoke the declaration at any time by notice published in the Government Gazette. (3) A declaration, or variation or revocation of a declaration, has effect from the day notice of the declaration, or its variation or revocation, is published in the Government Gazette or any later day specified in the notice.
