25 Secretary may require report from Council (1) The Secretary by notice in writing may require a Council to report to the Secretary on a matter relating to— (a) public health and wellbeing specified in the notice; (b) the performance of specified functions or duties, or the exercise of specified powers, by a Council under an Act administered by the Minister. (2) A Council must provide the report in the form and within the period specified by the Secretary in the notice.
