220 Time within which proceedings for offences may be brought Despite section 7(1) of the **Criminal Procedure Act 2009**— (a) proceedings for an offence against section 127, 130(2), 130(5), 159(1), 159(2), 159(3), 159(4), 160(1) or 160(2) may be commenced within 2 years of the commission of the alleged offence; and (b) proceedings for an offence against section 155 may be commenced within 3 years of the commission of the alleged offence.
