178 Copies of seized documents (1) If an authorised officer retains possession of a document seized from a person under this Division, the authorised officer must give the person, within 21 days of the seizure, a copy of the document certified as correct by the authorised officer. (2) A copy of a document certified under subsection (1) is to be received in all courts and tribunals as evidence of equal validity to the original.
