146 Obligations of person in charge of primary school (1) A person in charge of a primary school must take reasonable steps to obtain an immunisation status certificate in respect of each child attending the primary school. (2) A person in charge of a primary school must take reasonable steps to ensure that the student immunisation record in respect of each child attending the primary school is kept up to date.
